REFLECTIONS ON FUTURE
With the financial support of the European Union, through the ERASMUS+ program, we are implementing the FGE volunteer development program, together with our partners from Poland – Reflections on Europe.
The project lasts from September 2023 to December 2024.

PROJECT TOPICS
Training courses for our youth workers
During the project, training meetings for FGE volunteers and Reflections on Europe will take place. These trainings will be held on the topics mentioned below and will continue until November 2024. The trainings will be conducted by professional trainers. The aim of the project is to provide the best knowledge to those who will later pass it on.
FULL COOPERATION WITH THE PARTNER FROM POLAND
Everything that will happen in Slovakia will also take place in parallel in Poland. Our partners will provide the same training and the same opportunities for young people.
The project will be carried out through international exchanges, where we will be trained in Poland and our partners will come to Slovakia.
TEST ACQUIRED SKILLS ON PRACTICE TRIALS
During the project, so-called practical trainings, called Practice Trials, will be organized. What does this mean? We will approach representatives of our target groups – high school and university students – and try to introduce them to the topics of our training and improve their knowledge.
Thanks to Practice Trials, we can directly help others during the project.
Expected outputs of the project
training of organization members, capacity building, and professionalization,
testing of competencies through Practice Trials, involvement of target groups,
implementation of inspirational practices into work with youth,
positive impact on work with youth,
support for European cooperation and values, exchange of experiences.

ROE is an NGO that is interested in a variety of areas including the European Union, local development, non-formal education, youth policy, culture, social activity, and entrepreneurship. They aim to increase knowledge about the European Union and its values, and to promote youth participation in social, civic, and political engagement.
