YOUTH 2 BUSINESS
The goal of the project is to informally acquaint company representatives and job seekers through informal activities. Break the ice with young job seekers through speed-dating and networking.

The aim of the project is to bring the professional reality closer to the participants through discussions. Allow young people to get a glimpse into your company or business. Provide a behind-the-scenes view into your world or share your story.
LEAD UP ACADEMY
LUA is a mentoring program designed for elite high school students in Slovakia. In addition to mentoring, mentees also have the opportunity to improve themselves through accompanying workshops and activities.
NETWORKING NIGHT
The event raises awareness of career development among young people. At our event, students will meet exhibitors – companies, non-profit organizations, and institutions, and thus receive information about the opportunities that the job market offers them.
The event is primarily aimed at all university and high school students
BEYOND FUTURE SKILLS
With the financial support of the European Union, through the ERASMUS+ program, we implemented the FGE volunteer development program, together with our partners from Italy – BEYOND BORDERS. Gradually, thanks to the project, we were educated in the areas of digital skills, mental health, and the labor market. Together we understood the significance of the EU in our lives.
The project lasted until April 2023.
BERMUDIA
The project was created as a response to the current situation of the vicious triangle between the job market, students, and education. Today, schools are graduating hundreds of students who are not prepared for the job market.
The goal of Bermuda is to find the most skilled students from Slovakia, who will try to find a way out of the vicious triangle. Form a team of at least three members, and during the competition’s “wandering” rounds, we will assign you tasks that you solve together.
BACK FROM ABROAD
In the academic year 2017-2018, we organized a “comeback” project for foreign Slovaks. If you saw something interesting abroad, you could write to us about how we could implement it in Slovakia. Subsequently, the winners received great prizes.
NO NEED FOR NEET!
The first international exchange of the ERASMUS+ program organized by the FGE. What does unemployment really look like in EU countries? What can we do to get a job right after finishing our studies? No Need for NEET provided answers to these questions.
The exchange took place in 2017.

Being a successful woman is not easy. However, Lady Up is here to help you overcome all obstacles with the help of those who already know how to do it. Get involved in unique mentoring that puts you, an ambitious young woman, at the center of attention.
Lady Up has integrated under KOMPAS and is not currently active.

Wake Up is designed for everyone who would like to do more in life but doesn’t know which direction to take. It teaches its participants how to take the first steps towards success.
The Wake Up project has integrated under the KOMPAS project and is not currently active as such within the organization.
