WHAT ARE WE DEVOTED TO?
We are a civic association composed of young professionals and university students that has been focused on finding solutions for the employment of young people for over 8 years. We help them choose a suitable university and career path, and address the problems that affect us ourselves.
For everyone aged 15 to 30 without distinction
We provide our projects and activities to all young people regardless of their background.
We help through experiential education in the form of in-person projects and social media campaigns.
DISCOVER YOUR PATH IN LIFE AND CAREER
We provide information and guidance for career and school choices, and teach young people to work with trends in a constantly changing world.
We believe that everyone has the right to quality information and we strive to help each person find their own path.
DISCOVER WHAT YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS
We focus on adaptability and 21st-century skills, offering multi-month programs to help young people acquire the skills they need for their careers and understand the importance of self-improvement.
In addition, we also provide special educational programs for disadvantaged groups.

With the arrival of a new generation, expectations in the workplace are changing. That’s why it’s important to discuss career paths with young people, whether through social media or in-person interactions.
Our role is to bridge the gap between employers and Generation Z through consultations, surveys, and events tailored to their needs.

2014 - 2015
- The beginnings of our activities under ESN SK and the first MiniErasmus in 2014,
- Establishment of FGE in January 2015,
- Charlemagne Youth Prize win 2015
- Start of Lead Up with the support of the ESET Foundation.
2018 - 2016
- Expansion of projects with 12 in 2018 (Lady Up, Wake Up, Networking Night…),
- Winning 3 prestigious awards,
- MiniErasmus in the CZ (Brno, Prague),
- The beginning of working with internal development through FGE Days.
2019 - 2021
- Redefined our vision towards career counseling, reduced the number of projects,
- Utilized the COVID period to build internal processes,a 3-tier membership system,
- Transfer project ownership to a new generation of volunteers.
2022
- First 4 part-time workers due to support from E+ project and MinEdu,
- Achieving an optimal internal work environment,
- Returning to in-person events and reaching the numbers from the pre-COVID era.
2023
- Continuation in grant successes – support from MinEdu and ERASMUS+, arrival of the general partner Slovak Telekom for MiniErasmus
- Securing a stable core of employees
- Return of projects to pre-COVID numbers
- Integration of mentorships under the KOMPAS brand
- Stabilization of marketing activities
