The FGE organization presents to you a new project called KOMPAS, which is a merger of the Wake Up, Lady Up, and Lead Up projects.
If you’re looking for a way to move forward in your personal and professional life, you’re in the right place!
The Kompas project is an 8-month project packed with events, workshops, company visits, career counseling, and networking. All these activities are here for you to support you in finding your path. We believe that each of us can achieve more, and we want to be with you on your journey.

Who can join KOMPAS?
Kompas is designed for you if you are 19 – 26 years old and are looking for a way to start developing your skills, discovering new opportunities, and forming new friendships with people who are on a similar journey as you.
At the moment, only in SLOVAKIA.
How does KOMPAS work?
KOMPAS is a combination of the most effective educational formats, which stem from our years of experience. We call these formats MODULES.
The ‘events’ and ‘mentoring’ modules are the basic and first steps on your journey with KOMPAS.
These modules are designed for all participants and will help you step out of your comfort zone and develop your skills. Each participant will have the option to choose between the ‘career counseling’ or ‘networking’ module.
Events
You will be part of various events, including weekend meetings, that will encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and build new skills. Informal events are focused on acquiring various skills.

Mentoring
You have the opportunity to get mentors who will help you with personal and professional growth. The advantage of our project is that we will try to find a mentor who is suitable JUST for YOU.

CAREER COUNSELING
Our experts will provide you with advice concerning your career, including creating a CV and we will visit companies. Together, we will figure out what is the right path for you.
VOLUNTARY MODULE
NETWORKING
You will have the opportunity to meet interesting people and build useful contacts at our networking events. You never know, a new job offer might come along thanks to KOMPAS networking!

Don’t know what to do after college? During the program, you will have your own mentor who can help you on your journey, and in the career counseling module, our experts will advise you on how to succeed in the job market.
The project is divided into modules. These are thematic formats that will effectively help you move forward. In KOMPAS, we’ve ‘pulled out’ the most functional and proven elements from our former programs.
IMPROVE TODAY
During the program, you will be part of workshops to develop your soft skills, and at networking events, you will have the opportunity to meet your potential employer or find out what you would like to start a business in.
There are a huge number of opportunities that you may not yet know about. We want to show them to you through the program.
CONNECT WITH NEW PEOPLE
In the project, you will have the opportunity to meet other like-minded peers and form new friendships with them during the weekends.
